W.W. Rowland Trucking Company, LLC has an immediate opening for Terminal Manager to join our team in our El Paso, Texas terminal. This role is critical in managing terminal staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational performance across our intermodal network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation logistics, particularly in domestic intermodal freight movement.

• Manage, hire, train, and develop dispatch and staff. Monitor employees’ performance and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Develop constructive working relationships within the team.
• Identify, recommend and implement measures to improve processes, performance, training, safety and education.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policy and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high customer service and communication.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and identify solutions.
• Develop and implement audit system to verify driver proficiency.
• Participate in management and departmental meetings.
• Provide regular reports analyzing customer efficiency and cost structure.
• Execute special projects or other duties as requested.

• 5+ years of management experience in domestic intermodal or related transportation operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DOT Regulations.
• Excellent communication with terminals, management, customers, vendors and employees.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to deadlines.
• Problem‑solving skills for transportation issues.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation software.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred; some college coursework acceptable.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics preferred.
• 1+ year experience in MS applications required.
