The position of Warehouse Supervisor will have primary responsibility to supervise and lead team members to load, unload, and receive freight and load outbound trucks/trailers/containers.

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with internal, external, and client audit requirements.
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
• Motivate team members and assess performance.
• Provide help to management, including assistance with hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.
• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• All other duties and projects assigned.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, certification preferred.
• Experience using MRP systems.
• Knowledge of production planning and raw material requirements.
• Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry standards and regulations, preferred.
• Strong computer literacy required including Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Location: This is an in-office role based in El Paso, TX
