Site Facility Manager

Must have experience in Manufacturing environment, familiar with CMMS familiar with Quality, leading hard services and soft services. Bilingual in spanish a very nice to have. Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday with an hour lunch. The main function of a Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping. The Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being.

• Acts as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and site inspections.
• Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants.
• Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

• Familiar with building systems, documentation, and administration.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
