**** Job Summary
*** Generates purchase orders and maintains inventory of parts and equipment. Manages the maintenance budget to minimizes cost.
* Manages preventative maintenance programs and day to day maintenance tasks.
* Participates and or leads in projects that align with the strategic goals that require partnering with Engineering, Safety Coordinator and Management.
* Supervises maintenance contractors to make sure that deadlines are met and contracts are followed.
* Department Employee Engagement/Morale, Coaching & Developing, Policy & Procedure and Employee Life Cycle activities. Executes proper training and cross training of areas to ensure flexibility to meet current and future repairs and/or minimize costs. Provides coaching and development for direct reports including performance management.  Creates and maintains a positive work environment.
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent, 4-year college degree preferred.
* 5+ years of supervisory experience (Maintenance and/or distribution center experience preferred)
* Must be willing to work flexible hours and or shift to meet work requirements
* Must be authorized to work legally in the United States

* Ability to take the initiative to correct issues without direction, offer solutions to problems.
