Transactional Attorney

Both El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico

Scott Hulse, P.C. is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with at least five years of relevant experience to join our dynamic and growing practice. This is an opportunity to play a key role in sophisticated business and real estate transactions while enjoying the benefits of practicing in dynamic cities offering exceptional professional opportunities and quality of life.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:
• Structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions
• Advising business owners throughout the business lifecycle — from formation to daily operations and exit strategies
• Handling complex real estate transactions, including REITs and developer representations
• Providing strategic counsel on a broad range of corporate, securities, and commercial matters

Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: healthcare, real estate, construction, insurance, banking and financial services, manufacturing and maquiladoras (cross-border operations),aerospace/defense/government contracting, transportation, and education.
