What You’ll Do
  • Own Your Cases: Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims.
  • Strategize & Advocate: Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and assess settlement and trial value.
  • Be the Client’s Voice: Conduct client consultations, provide clear legal guidance, and maintain exceptional communication throughout the case.
  • Draft & Litigate: Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements; conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
  • Negotiate to Win: Advocate aggressively with insurance carriers, defense counsel, and opposing parties to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Try Cases: Prepare and try cases, including jury trials, when necessary.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and organized case management.
  • Stay Sharp: Review medical records, expert reports, and discovery materials while ensuring compliance with ethical rules, court procedures, and firm policies.
What You Bring
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
  • 2–5 years of personal injury experience preferred
  • Trial experience required
  • Experience with both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
  • Excellent negotiation, litigation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
  • Client-first mindset with professionalism and sound legal judgment
  • Leadership and supervisory skills are a plus
