Associate Attorney's responsibilities include:
- Meeting with prospective clients, evaluating their financial situation and discussing bankruptcy solutions
- Attending creditor meetings
- Handling court hearings such as confirmation hearings and lift stay hearings
- Preparing and filing Responses and Motions in Court
- Maintain proper communication with clients, trustees and opposing counsel
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Preferably admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas
- Preferably Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Enjoy meeting, helping and communicating with clients
- Must get along with other attorneys and staff
- Ability to handle a large case load
- Work Saturday mornings
