We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload of cases from intake through settlement. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, case strategy, and negotiations, and who is passionate about helping injured clients obtain fair compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation phase.
• Conduct client intakes and ongoing client communications.
• Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, and medical records.
• Draft and review comprehensive demand packages.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Advise clients regarding settlement offers and case strategy.
• Work closely with case managers and medical clerks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates (TX, NM, or AZ); multi-state licensure is a plus.
• 1–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, legal writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent client communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required.
