Responsibilities- Process Auto & Home insurance quotes
- Assist with applications and client records
- Provide basic customer support
- Learn agency systems, carriers, and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
- Good communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience a plus (not required)
- College degree preferred but not required
- Clear path to becoming a licensed insurance agent
- Full training provided — no insurance experience required
- Part-time and full-time schedules available
