A company is looking for a Home Actuarial Leader to lead a talented team and innovate in the home insurance market.
Key Responsibilities Own state rating plans and rate indications for home insurance Lead the development and integration of predictive modeling projects in collaboration with the Data Science team Manage and develop a team of high-performing analysts while crafting pricing strategies for product expansions
Required Qualifications 7+ years of P&C actuarial experience; FCAS preferred 2+ years of experience in leading and managing a team B.S. in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Proficiency in data science programming languages such as R or Python, and database query tools like SQL
Experience with predictive modeling concepts and personal lines pricing is a plus
