A non-profit organization is looking to fill the 10am opening on their Service Desk Team. They need a mid-level resource to provide 100% virtual support for their customers. Day-to-day breakdown: 60% answering calls and 40% on daily tasks, service queues, project work, and documentation.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00–$23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
