Maintains, upgrades, and repairs the core processing system, peripheral equipment and core functions. Schedules, monitors, and verifies core system backups and restores for disaster recovery, business continuity, testing, and training purposes. Provides professional service at all levels of operation which includes providing technical support for assigned systems and applications. Assists and supports area personnel and promotes a team environment. Maintains and manages daily, monthly, and quarterly operational schedules.
Competently perform data entry functions to include running ad hoc processes on the core system as assigned. Keeps management well informed of system activities and maintains all related records, logs, and equipment. Creates, updates, and maintains SFTP connections and vendor file-transfer configurations. Develops, updates and maintains operational documentation, procedures, and process guides to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Position involves interaction with third party vendors as well as internal and external members.
Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Minimal supervision.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in related field-or-two (2) years of related experience.
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of similar or related experience.
