We are seeking a skilled Repair Test Technician to support server hardware troubleshooting, testing, and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Diagnose and repair server hardware components (CPU, DIMMs, PSU, storage drives, NICs, fans, backplanes).
• Perform Linux-based testing using CLI tools such as lspci, smartctl, iperf3, and others.
• Conduct LAN/network validation and troubleshoot connectivity and link issues.
• Safely operate Hi-Pot and ground-bond test equipment.
• Replace FRUs/CRUs and perform basic soldering or rework (if qualified).
• Update firmware (BIOS, BMC, RAID, NIC).
• Utilize basic Python scripts for automated testing or log analysis.
• Accurately document repairs, part usage, and root cause findings within MES systems.

• 1–3 years of experience in electronics repair, IT hardware support, or server repair.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and network/LAN troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Hi-Pot testing and electrical safety standards.
• Basic Python scripting knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read system logs, follow detailed test procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.
