This is a full-time on-site role based in El Paso, TX, for a Testing Engineer Supervisor. The role involves overseeing and managing testing activities, ensuring the execution of functional testing, creating and analyzing test cases, and supervising test engineering workflows. The candidate will lead a team of testers, monitor results, identify areas for improvement, and ensure quality assurance standards are met consistently.

Additionally, the supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes and implement best practices.

• Experience in Test Engineering and Test Execution
• Proficiency in creating, managing, and analyzing Test Cases
• Strong understanding and application of Testing methodologies and Functional Testing
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in cloud infrastructure and digitalization is advantageous
