• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, with a proven track record of driving growth for both web and app products
• Experience in the Health & Fitness industry, with strong knowledge of the market and audience
• Successful management of UA campaigns on Meta (experience with Tik Tok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc., is a plus) with budgets from $500k/month in competitive verticals
• Deep understanding of how to scale marketing spend
• Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI tools, including the ability to set up and optimize automation workflows
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (LTV, ROAS, cohorts, etc)
• English level B2 (both written and spoken)
