Job SummaryPlans, administers, coordinates, and monitors the Human Resource functions for assigned Corps; prepares and maintains personnel records for all Corps/ Command employees; enforces and advises staff and Officers on the human resources policies and procedures reviews and audits paperwork, enters background checks, and E-verifys in Sterling as needed; ensures compliance with personnel rules and regulations and maintains the confidential nature of the position;
serves as a liaison between assigned Corps and Area Command regarding personnel functions and policy.

- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to read, write and communicate the English language effectively.
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints.

- Ability to operate various general office equipment including a telephone, personal computer and related office equipment.
- Ability to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
- Ability to travel when needed to accomplish assigned job duties.
- Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
- Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.).
- Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like, but not limited to the office.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration or a closely related field, with a bachelor’s degree in the same preferred, or a Human Resources Certification
and
- Two years experience working in the human resources field,
or
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid State Drivers License
