As a Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Manage all sales activities at the hotel
• Prospect, qualify, and close group, corporate, and event business
• Lead site tours, proposals, and event detailing
• Track performance using brand-standard systems
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution

• Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and sales strategy skills
• Knowledge of Marriott and/or Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY, Sales Pro, etc.)
• Organized, driven, and guest-focused
• Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
