• Nighttime Welcome Wagon:
  Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
• Master of Midnight Math:
  Own the Night Audit. Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is correct.
• Guardian of the Glow‑Up:
  Keep the property safe with regular security walks.
• The Nightly Newsroom:
  Create daily reports such as the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight:
  Work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to keep operations smooth.
• Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver:
  Fluency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; ability to solve problems independently.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
