Job Responsibilities- Fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
- Maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
- Designing buffet food presentations creatively.
- Preparing recipes as directed.
- Taking direction well.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
- Creativity in buffet presentation and maintaining quality.
- Attention to detail.
- Substantial standing, walking, and lifting.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Work mainly in the main kitchen but also throughout the building. Requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
