Overview
El Paso Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!
- Compensation: $15/Hour
- Position Type: Part-Time (20-29 hours per week)

13790 Horizon, Ste A1 El Paso, TX 79928 - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Managing front desk operations
, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. - Verifying insurance coverage
, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. - Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
- Bilingual Preferred
