Salary: $2500 / Week
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team in providing military veterans with thorough mental health compensation and pension exams for service-connected issues and claims. The hours at the clinic fall between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Job Description:
Mental health issues addressed during the exams may include depression, military sexual trauma, PTSD, sleeping disorders, eating disorders, and anxiety.
Role
Description:
This is a contract role for a Locums Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) with Amergis Locum Tenens. The provider will work on-site and provide mental assessments for veterans, focusing on mental health assessment as it relates to future medical needs. Amergis offers excellent contract compensation and professional liability insurance.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) license in Texas
- Must have a doctorate degree in Psychology
- Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
