Responsible for providing operational and project management oversight for all information systems design, development, implementation, support and/or recommendation of new upgrade, and modifications for the areas of Perioperative and Endoscopy Service lines for the Ambulatory Surgery Center and the Surgical Hospital.

• Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong and broad technical skills in a wide variety of hardware, software and operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software requirements in a healthcare environment.
• Extensive PC (IBM and compatible) knowledge.
• Excellent business and systems analysis skills. Ability to translated user requirements into applicable support systems and processes that exceed end-user’s expectations.
• Ability to translate administrative needs into appropriate support systems.
• Strong knowledge of organizational relationships involved in coordinating and consulting.
• Knowledge of principles of system and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in creative problem solving and strong analytical skills.

Five years of experience in system analysis, which includes two years of specific Healthcare IS systems and one year of experience in metro role with at least two system implementations is required. Hospital work experience is preferred. Project managementチェ leadership responsibilities is highly desired.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required.
