Join our state of the art, free standing rehab center as we grow our Occupational Therapist team! With a team of OTs, COTAs, PTs, PTAs, and SLPs, the Occupational Therapists here focus heavily on neuro patients including stroke, TBI, and spinal cord, while also seeing a variety of multi-trauma, hip fracture, and amputee patients.

• Free standing Inpatient Rehab
• 65% neuro + 35% ortho
• Only 6-7 patients per day

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $125,000 base
• + $10,000 differentials
• + Sign on bonus
• + $3,000/yr loan forgiveness
• + 401k w/ match

Responsibilities:

• 6-7 adult & geriatric patients per day
• 65% Neuro (Stroke, TBI & Spinal Cord)
• 35% multi-trauma, hip fracture, and amputee
• 7 hours of patient care + 1 hour for documentation
• 1-on-1 care plus 1 hour group sessions
• Monday - Friday + 1 weekend per month

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Inpatient acute or rehab experience is preferred
