Physical Therapist (PT) – Full‑time position at Lifepoint Health® in El Paso, TX.

• 24/7 patient support across all recovery stages.
• Comprehensive inpatient rehab services, including intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, provides educational information on injury prevention and ergonomics, and supervises therapy assistants.

• Initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Plan of care development and patient engagement.
• Design, preparation, and execution of individualized treatment programs to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Utilize standard physical therapy techniques and skills, including physical agents, equipment, and ultrasound machines.
• Administer prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommend modifications, and document goals and progress.
• Direct and supervise therapy assistants, students, and support personnel; assess competence and delegate tasks.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Licenses:
  Physical Therapist License in Texas.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a stressful environment.
