Key Responsibilities Partner with R&D and G&A leaders to guide strategic planning and forecasting Build and maintain financial models to evaluate headcount investments and operating expenses Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fields with 4+ years of relevant experience Experience supporting R&D organizations within SaaS environments Strong quantitative and analytical skills for building financial models Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Net Suite; proficiency in Google Workspace required
