Key Responsibilities Lead due diligence reviews for high risk customers across various business lines Develop and maintain standardized review procedures and quality standards Build and lead a team of high risk review analysts and specialists
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred CAMS, CFCS, or similar certification preferred 10+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance with a focus on high risk customer management At least 5 years of experience leading teams of eight or more compliance professionals Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulatory requirements and risk characteristics across banking business lines
