This entry-level role supports mortgage loan closing operations by preparing, reviewing, and auditing loan documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance, coordinating closing appointments with title companies, assisting members with questions, and supporting loan funding and transfer to servicing. The position requires strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under deadlines while collaborating with mortgage operations staff and maintaining member confidentiality.

• Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent.
