Job title: Auditor .

Location: El Paso, TX (Remote).

• Lead key business SOX process and control end-to-end design, walkthrough and testing.
• Engage with Internal Audit management in managing the SOX project plan, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all stages of the SOX program.
• Improve the design of the processes to help scale the company.
• Provide support to perform materiality assessment and scoping to identify significant accounts and key controls, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Develop appropriate testing procedures, create a testing plan, and perform SOX testing of key controls for relevant business processes.
• Coordinate SOX planning and testing with external auditors, providing evidence and maintaining sufficient documentation.
• Look into details and identify root cause for deficiencies or control gaps. Appropriately document exceptions and deficiencies, including working with process owners to develop and execute a remediation plan.
• Support the ongoing improvement and innovation of the SOX program.
• Support other projects (Ops audit, ad hoc request).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/CISA license.
• - years’ experience with SOX compliance and assurance with a Big Accounting Firm (minimum years) and internal audit practice.
• Experiences in manufacturing and/or semiconductor industry SOX readiness and testing.
• Experience with designing and testing business processes and controls, such as OTC, PTP, Inventory and Cost Accounting, etc.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of management, external auditors, and all company functions.
• Demonstrated project management and team working skills.
• Understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB audit requirement, COSO framework, SOX requirements, and the audit process.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results.
