Hybrid ScheduleAt Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. Whatyou will be doing
The senior tax accountant is required to participate in tax compliance, audit management, and tax planning in a multi-national and multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Income Tax Accounting:
Quarterly and year-end tax provision - Federal, State, and International Compliance
- Train, manage mentor staff
- Manage /participate in tax examinations
- Research complex tax issues & other tax projects
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, time management, and efficiency
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant field: accounting, business administration, economics, finance
- Experience in multinational and sophisticated structures, and fast-paced environment
- 3+ years in related experience
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- CPA license or CPA exam qualified
- Software skills– Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva
- Experience in digital automation and transformation tools (Power
BI, Power Pivot, Alteryx, Tableau, robotic process automations,
