Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst Operations for its El Paso, TX facility. The role is onsite Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.‑5:00 p.m. Relocation assistance and sponsorship will be provided if needed. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

The finance organization aims to enhance capabilities and provide high‑standard operations through advanced processes, technologies, and talent development initiatives. The Operations Finance Analyst supports ES‑A by managing performance, reporting, and forecasting of operational costs such as manufacturing productivity, labor savings, distribution center expense & CONC. This role will support the financial operations for ES‑A, working with operations teams to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction.

The position will lead finance teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Expected annual salary range: $83,000‑$118,000; eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze production costs, monitor and control budgets, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Work with plant managers and other operational leaders to develop financial plans, forecast production expenses, and assess the financial impact of manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and support capital expenditure projects.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Align financial goals with operational objectives to enhance performance.
  • On‑site support for inventory control actions and initiatives to maximize operational profitability while maximizing cash; also participate in annual physical inventory.
  • Support gathering, analyzing, and consolidating the annual profit plan and strategic plan while serving as a liaison between budget owners and finance.
  • Support on‑site continuous improvement initiatives, participate in GEMBA walks and rapid improvement events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing finance operations experience.
  • Experience in supporting finance operations to enhance productivity and efficiency for a business, group, or product line.
  • Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to relocate to El Paso, TX. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
  • Employment sponsorship will be provided if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s or MBA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing finance operations experience, including partnering with leaders to achieve successful outcomes focused on strategic planning and business partnerships at the senior leadership level.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle/SAP/Encore/MAPICs) is a plus.
Skills
  • Progressive experience in finance‑related roles with an emphasis on manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and cost‑management initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, especially supply chain and operations, to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration.
  • Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders to ensure that financial insights are understood and acted upon by the operations team.
