Position Summary:The Production Coordinator provides operational excellence, technical support, and team collaboration across all areas of the Production Department, including audio, lighting, and video systems. This versatile position ensures all stages, technical systems, and workflows are properly prepared throughout the week so services, conferences, and events operate at the highest level of excellence.
This role serves as a bridge between weekly technical preparation and contracted professionals who operate services. The Production Coordinator helps maintain system organization, technical consistency, volunteer development, and production readiness while fostering strong collaboration across departments.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least five years experience in a professional live production environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both professional staff and volunteers effectively.
- Commitment to excellence, ministry values, and collaborative culture.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, conferences, and special events.
- Professional conduct, servant leadership attitude, and strong organizational skills.
Spiritual Requirements:
The incumbent in this position must abide by the Abundant Lifestyle Agreement and the Abundant Culture Guide and must attend at least one Abundant church service per week.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to safely lift and carry items up to 15 pounds in weight.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot audio, lighting, and video systems for services, rehearsals, conferences, and special events.
- Oversee signal flow across all production environments, ensuring systems are properly wired, labeled, organized, and fully operational.
- Ensure all stages and technical environments are prepared weekly for services and events.
- Coordinate with contracted engineers, technicians, and production professionals to ensure high-level execution during services.
- Serve as backup operator or technician in audio, lighting, or video roles when needed due to absences, vacations, or major events.
- Assist with installation, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation including signal flow diagrams, patch lists, equipment inventories, lighting plots, and system configurations.
- Support collaboration across audio, lighting, video, and stage design teams to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
- Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing production volunteers.
- Participate in production planning meetings, rehearsals, and cross-campus coordination when required.
- Help maintain professional standards, organization, safety awareness, and excellence across all production environments.
- Support major church events, conferences, and multi-campus production needs as required.
