A leading engineering company located in El Paso, TX, is seeking a skilled Supplier Industrialization Engineer. This role focuses on leading supplier deliverables in partnership with their Mexico supplier for high-quality product results. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and demonstrate strong analytical skills and a background in Supplier Quality. A BS in Engineering is required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

The position offers competitive compensation, based on a pay range of $30/hr to $40/hr.
