Join our innovative team as a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Center Project Manager ! In this exciting role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of data center projects, from startup to commissioning. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of data center environments, including cutting-edge colocation facilities and expansive hyperscale sites, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a robust mechanical background, particularly in thermal execution and chilled water systems. Your expertise in functional and integrated system testing of thermal equipment within data centers will be crucial. While experience in other industries is also highly valued, the ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, have completed an industry training program, or have equivalent years of experience.

• Lead and manage data center projects, ensuring timely execution from startup to commissioning.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that track milestones and deliverables.

• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications in alignment with client requirements.

• Oversee integrated system testing and functional testing of data center sites.

• Provide expertise in thermal execution for data centers, particularly in chilled water systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.

• Manage and mentor technicians on-site, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project plans.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and operational questions during project execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction management, and client services.

• Interface with data center customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Ensure projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.

• Support post-installation follow-up to verify operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
