• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant hands‑on experience in thermal insulation or manufacturing may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and industrial manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare proposals and ensure operational success.
• Manage production to ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to management on performance metrics and key developments.
