Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer
Adecco has partnered with leading global manufacturer to find a Plastics Extrusion Engineer in the El Paso, TX metro area.
Responsibilities include:- Evaluating and optimizing extrusion processes, including materials, machinery, and operator workflows
- Optimize materials and ensure consistent manufacturing processes
- Support testing of product performance and material properties
- Provide guidance to technical staff and production teams during material or process changes
- Assist with design and updates to machinery, tooling, and process equipment using CAD software
- Develop and update operating procedures, process setups, quality documentation, and product specifications
- Support integration of new equipment and processes into production, including testing, qualification, and vendor coordination
- Offer daily production support to local and regional manufacturing sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, timelines, and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of engineering experience within plastics industry
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a visa at this time.
- Competitive Base Salary in the $85k-125k range, based on experience
