We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to provide leadership, strategic direction, and academic oversight for a key program at George Fox University. This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. The Program Director will oversee curriculum development, mentor faculty, ensure program accreditation standards are met, and manage student engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective delivery of program goals, and fostering a supportive environment for academic and spiritual growth.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and academic program management.
- Experience mentoring faculty and guiding professional development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to the mission and values of a Christian higher education institution.
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field (or equivalent academic and professional credentials).
- Experience with program accreditation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced educational environments.
