Assistant Principal

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Assistant Principal, located in the El Paso Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Principal will assist in managing daily school operations, provide instructional leadership, and support teachers in providing a high-quality education for students. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff to implement academic and behavioral programs, addressing student and parent concerns, ensuring compliance with school policies, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

The Assistant Principal will also coordinate staff professional development and assist with teacher evaluations to support continued growth and excellence.

• Leadership and management skills, including the ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
• Expertise in instructional strategies, curriculum development, and educational best practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with students, staff, parents, and the wider school community
• Familiarity with school policies, administrative procedures, and knowledge of educational compliance and school law
• Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills to handle complex situations
• Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging school environment
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Administrative certification orුව eligibility as required by the state of Texas
• Previous experience in/style teaching and/or educational leadership is highly desirable
