El Paso High School Tutor

We are looking for a passionate tutors to support students in high school, helping them build confidence and master high school level concepts.

Tutors have the flexibility to choose which students they work with and set their schedules based on both parties' availability. Once matched with a student, we expect commitment throughout the duration of the enrollment — consistency is key!

• Provide engaging, one‑on‑one tutoring for students.
• Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement, tailoring instruction accordingly.
• Help students build problem‑solving skills and boost academic confidence.
• Support homework completion and skill reinforcement.
• Communicate progress with parents and our team.
• Responsible for your own teaching materials if needed.
• Follow the student’s school curriculum if requested.
• Identify and target learning gaps.

• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Strong communication skills to keep staff and families updated.
• Availability between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, as most sessions occur after school.
• Enjoy working with students and helping them learn.
• Are patient, adaptable, and willing to explain concepts in different ways.
• Can create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Experience with special needs students like ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, and others is a plus.
