Associate Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team at SMILE CENTER FOR KIDS in El Paso, TX. We are seeking to fill this postion no later than mid February. This is an on‑site role where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients. Mentorship will be provided by owner doctor. Daily tasks include conducting dental examinations, diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, developing treatment plans, performing restorative procedures, and educating patients about oral hygiene.

The Associate Dentist will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure excellent patient experiences.

• Proficiency in dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Willingness to treat children and adults
• Knowledge of diagnostic techniques and patient assessment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement in skills
• Valid Dental License in the state of Texas
• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• CPR Certification and familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations are beneficial
• Previous experience in family or pediatric dentistry is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
