Salary: $220,000 – $300,000 per year

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Relocation Stipend: $7,500

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership
• Provide comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Deliver high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintain budget awareness and collaborate with Operations to meet financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and a dental team
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through ongoing education
• Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
