Overview
Facility University Medical Center of El Paso, Department Gift Shop. Schedule - Shift
- Hours:
Part Time - Days.
Under the supervision of the Gift Shop Supervisor, performs customer reception and sales duties and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone calls and in store customers and supporting the highest level of customer service for patients, staff and visitors. Promotes positive public relations both in person and on the telephone.
Responsibilities- Provide customer reception and sales support in person and via telephone.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors and promote positive public relations.
- Support the highest level of customer service standards in the Gift Shop environment.
- One year retail experience. Must be trustworthy (key holder), on time, dedicated and reliable. Must have a friendly personality and the ability to work some nights and weekend days.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
