Insurance Customer Service Representative

candidates must have an insurance license in the state of texas and have experience in the insurance industry to be considered for this position. • find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge qualifications:
• high school graduate, g.e.d. Recipient, or equivalent
• strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • must have an insurance license in the state of texas • must have experience in the insurance industry compensation: $32,000+ depending on experience
