We’re Hiring:
Executive Assistant & Creative Producer to the CEO

📍
Location: El Paso (with frequent national & international travel)

Manage scheduling, travel logistics, and day-to-day operations while anticipating the CEO’s needs and ensuring seamless execution before, during, and after travel.

Travel with the CEO to document trips, meetings, speaking engagements, site visits, and key moments through high-quality photography and video.

Plan, capture, and produce short- and long-form video content—including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, events, and documentary-style storytelling that highlights leadership, mission, and impact.

Edit and prepare photo and video assets for internal communications, marketing, PR, and social media (basic to intermediate editing required).

Support logistics for speaking engagements, appearances, and public-facing events, ensuring the CEO is fully supported at all times.

Assist with visual content planning and posting across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

Work closely with marketing, communications, and executive teams to align messaging and maximize the impact of visual storytelling.

Handle sensitive and high-level information with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment.

Remain available for last-minute travel, evenings, weekends, and high-profile engagements as needed.

• ✅ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• ✅
  Experience as a photographer, videographer, or filmmaker strongly preferred
• ✅ Proven experience producing films, documentaries, or narrative video content is a major plus
• ✅ 1–3 years of experience in executive support, media production, PR, or related fields
• ✅ Strong skills in camera operation, composition, lighting, and basic audio
• ✅ Basic to intermediate photo/video editing skills
• ✅ Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms and social media
• ✅ High level of discretion, adaptability, and professionalism
• ✅ Travel-ready with a flexible schedule and proactive mindset
