- Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and bids for multifamily wood-frame projects.
- Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage contracts, procurement, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily wood-frame construction.
- Strong knowledge of estimating software, scheduling tools, and construction management practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required).
