Position: New Unit Construction Project Manager

New Unit Construction Manager

The New Unit Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring procedures to expeditiously complete construction of new Whataburger units. They lead a cross‑functional team, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met on time, within budget, and in accordance with compliance standards.

We prefer someone already in the El Paso area. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Пеш collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain relationships and source outside consultants, brokers, and suppliers to coordinate construction activities.
  • Develop and track project budgets.
  • Facilitate execution of development plans by coordinating key project schedules, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Identify issues that might impede construction of new units and expedite their resolution.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Organize, maintain, and update site files.
  • Communicate and implement corporate policies regarding new unit construction.

Preferred Qualifications лека>
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • BTEC Subsidiary/Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment / Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations.
