Position Description
Key Responsibilities Maintain clean and organized work areas and toolsLoad, carry, and move materials and suppliesDig, level, and spread dirt or gravel using hand toolsSupport various construction tasks and phasesMove between job sites as neededWork cooperatively with the crewShow willingness to learn and grow into skilled rolesPerform other duties as assignedPosition Requirements What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of construction experienceWilling and able to perform general labor tasks (e.g., site cleanup, digging, basic hand tool use)Ability to lift 70 lbs. or more and work safely in a physically demanding environmentReliable transportation to and from job sitesFlexible availability, including overtime and weekends when neededHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not requiredEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer:
