We are looking for a skilled Point of Sales (POS) Associate to join our Team! In this role you will ensure an understanding of organizational policies, practices, products, and services. Develops scheduling that meets the needs of the customers, sales teams, and the company. In addition, manages the receiving, distribution, and storage of point-of-sale items from the suppliers and breweries for the sales department to use in retail accounts.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience working in a Warehouse
• Knowledge of operating a forklift

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Ability to work independently.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensures POS receivables are received timely, assigned locations, cataloged and inventory report sent timely to the sales teams.
• Ensures timely POS order fulfillment for requested POS items for shipment to retail outlets.
• Ensures sales teams’ concerns and issues are managed appropriately and timely.
• Develops strong relationships with sales team members and sales management.
• Distributes point of sale to appropriate sales departments, ensuring proper storage for all items.
• Records POS expiration dates and informs sales department of inventory on hand.
• Understand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplace.
• Inspects storage area periodically to ensure storage units are secured.
• Observes individuals entering storage area to prevent access to or tampering with storage units and POS by unauthorized persons.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderly condition of POS storage area.
• Position will periodically require weekend and evening work.
• Operate other warehouse equipment, as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
