CNW - Courier Network is seeking a Key Account Analyst to support our global logistics operations and ensure the successful execution of key customer accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, and customer management, helping ensure shipments are processed efficiently, commercial terms are honored, and billing is accurate and on time.

What You’ll Do:- Analyze live shipment data to improve order processing and operational efficiency
- Perform daily audits of shipments to ensure compliance with customer contracts and pricing agreements
- Support accurate and timely billing cycles
- Identify operational risks or shipment discrepancies and elevate when needed
- Produce internal and client-facing reports on account performance and shipment activity
- Partner with operations, finance, analytics, and strategy teams to improve account performance
- Assist with complex customer requests and service issues
- Track and forecast key account metrics to support business planning
- Support onboarding of new customer accounts
- Mentor teammates on customer SOPs and commercial programs
- Contribute to a 24/7 logistics operation supporting global customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Logistics or freight forwarding experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred but not required)
