About the Payroll and Billing Coordinator position

We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll and Billing Specialist to process and manage the company’s payroll and billling processes.

This coordinator is able to use payroll and billing software with accuracy and efficiency. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives.

Coordinator Responsibilities are:

Process billing, timely, ensuring accuracy of invoices. This includes reviewing and approving invoices generated by the operations team, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with other departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes.

Process and execute payroll to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Conduct detailed reviews of payroll data, deductions, and adjustments, coordinate with internal teams and payroll providers, and drive continuous improvements to strengthen controls, reduce errors, and improve payroll efficiency and employee experience.

Prepare and present reports to Manager and Director, providing analysis and insights on billing, payroll and workforce census and filings performance. This includes monitoring role financial metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimize operations.

Workforce compliance, Process Improvement, Cross-department coordination.

Coordinator Requirements are:
  • Payroll and Billing acumen and understanding.

  • Financial reporting and analysis experience.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll and billing operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
