Job Description

We are seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting all purchasing department activities including NPI RM sourcing, MRP demand review and annual cost negotiation with suppliers.

• Conducting price analysis regularly to ascertain the best component price and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery on time
• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
• Negotiating and agreeing with contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided;
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Planning and overseeing purchasing, sourcing and NPI buyer team .
• Managed suppliers, conducted negotiations, contracts and payment term review .
• Respond for annual cost improvement and VMP program management.
• Coach NPI buyer to search available materiel and fulfill the delivery schedule.
• Quarterly review the total usage and provide new EAU to the supplier for cost improvement.
• Monitored supplier relationships to ensure strategic alignment and sustainability.
• Coaching and developing new team members to enhance negotiation skills, relationship building, effective communications.
• Develop training program and schedule for team members to improve the PO and price accuracy.
• Identified opportunities for cost reductions in support of annual cost reduction objectives.
• Negotiated price with supplier by using different logistic and distribution location.
• Attend all customer and NPI meetings to ensure the raw material status up to date.

• Ability to work well with other departments as a team.
• Must have 3+ year automotive wire harness component sourcing related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience relating to price negotiation.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.)
• SAP and MRP knowledge Required
